Important Notes
Paper Length: A standard regular registration covers a paper length of 5–8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
Registration Inclusions: Each registration includes admission to all technical sessions, presentation slot, conference kit, coffee breaks, and an official digital certificate of participation.
Additional Papers: Authors publishing an additional accepted paper under the same registration are entitled to a discounted rate.
Invited Speakers & Reviewers: Committee members, invited speakers, and qualified reviewers should contact the organizing committee directly at publisher@kigpublishing.com for special registration arrangements.
  • For Full Paper
    Acceptance notifications will be sent to authors via email following the peer review process. Authors of accepted papers must carefully follow the registration instructions provided in the official acceptance letter to complete their final submission and registration.
  • For Abstract
    Accepted abstracts are eligible for oral or poster presentations during the conference sessions, but will not be included in the proceedings publication. Presenters must complete their registration according to the guidelines outlined in their notification letter.
  • For Delegate
    To register as an attendee/listener, please complete the registration process via the online system. If you encounter any technical issues or require group registration, please contact the organizing committee directly at publisher@kigpublishing.com.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat at publisher@kigpublishing.com. Cancellations are confirmed only upon receipt of official written confirmation from the Secretariat.
  • Cancellations received 90 days prior to the conference start date: 100% refund (minus bank transfer charges/processing fees).
  • Cancellations received between 60 and 89 days prior: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received between 30 and 59 days prior: 20% refund.
  • Cancellations received within 30 days of the conference start date: No refunds will be issued.
  • The organizing committee shall not be held liable, and the standard refund policy will not apply, for disruptions or cancellations resulting from force majeure events.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust conference dates or venue arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
